Online Orders

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
In-Store Purchases

Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

Original receipt required.
Local Pickup Orders

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving your second pickup notification.

Your 14-day return window begins on the day you pick up your order.
- If not picked up within 5 business days, the return window starts automatically on the 5th business day.
Return Conditions
All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags attached
- Free of scent (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense. Jolie Folie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards.
Final Sale Items
Non-refundable & non-exchangeable:

Items discounted 30% or more, clearance, Vault items
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Intimates (underwear, bralettes, bodysuits), swimwear
- Sunglasses and jewelry
- Skincare and body care
- Free promotional gifts
- Items sold as damaged (clearly marked)
Exceptions – Online Only:

One-time size exchange may be allowed for final sale apparel (subject to availability and approval)

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion

Store credit has no expiry and is non-refundable

We do not offer price adjustments for sale events, discount codes, loyalty points, or price changes after purchase
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account using the email used at checkout

Go to My Orders

Select the order and click Request Return
- Follow the prompts and submit your request

Once approved, you’ll receive next steps by email
Do not ship items back without approval; unapproved returns may be refused.
If you cannot initiate a return online, email info@joliefolie.ca with your name, order number, and item details.
Return Shipping & Fees

Refunds using a prepaid return label: $15 shipping & handling fee deducted ($20 for NL, NWT, Yukon and Nunavut)

If choosing store credit, the handling fee is waived

Exchanges available for items of equal or lesser value. Price differences must be paid if applicable
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return
Damaged Items

Contact us at info@joliefolie.ca within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

Once approved, a return label will be provided with no handling fee
- Jolie Folie reserves the right to review and dispute damage claims
