Return, Exchange, Refund and Shipping Policies
JOLIE FOLIE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ONLINE ORDERS

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange via email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

All gift returns are only eligible for store credit.
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

You have 5 business days from the date you receive your second notification email to pick up your order.

Your 14-day return window begins when you pick up your order, as long as it is within those 5 business days.

If you do not pick up your order within 5 business days, your 14-day return period will automatically start on the 5th business day after the notification email.
IN-STORE PURCHASES

You have 14 days to return an item for store credit or exchange only.

The original receipt must be provided to be eligible.
RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy standards.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (No Returns or Exchanges)

Sale items, items purchased with a coupon code during a sale event or clearance items purchased in "The Vault" online and in-store.

Damaged items purchased with prior indication of their condition (tagged as damaged).

Intimates including underwear, bralettes, bodysuits, and swimwear.

Sunglasses and jewelry.

Skincare and body care products.

Free promotional gifts.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are unable to honor any price adjustments. This includes price changes after your purchase or discounts applied to sale events, coupon codes, loyalty points, etc.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES & LOYALITY POINT DISCOUNTS (On regular priced items only.)

No Refunds: For purchases made using a discount code (e.g., new customer discount, loyalty rewards), we are unable to offer a refund.

Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached, and exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Store Credit: If an exchange is not possible, we are happy to offer a store credit. This store credit can be applied to any future purchase at our boutique.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return or exchange for an online order, please email info@joliefolie.ca with your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return. Do not ship your items back without contacting us first. We have the right to refuse any package that has not been approved for return.
RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE
If you choose to return an item for a refund, we can provide a prepaid shipping label, and a flat rate $15 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we will waive the handling fee, and you will receive the full value of your return as a store credit.
For exchanges, include the name, color, and size of the item you wish to receive. If the item you wish to exchange for is discontinued or not available, we will notify you by email. Exchanges are only applicable for items of equal or lower value. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the item you want is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the returned item’s value.
If you request a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method (minus the $15 handling fee) only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Generally refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
International Returns Please Note: If COD charges are incurred when we receive your returned item, the COD cost will be deducted from your refund total.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use your tracking number via the couriers website. All tracking numbers are sent via email when your order is shipped.
Jolie Folie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows "delivered" and you have not received it, please reach out to info@joliefolie.ca to file a claim with our couriers.
DAMAGED ITEM
If an item is received damaged but wasn't sold as 'damaged' beforehand, please contact us immediately to report the issue via info@joliefolie.ca Your damage return will be submitted to our returns team to review. Once it has been approved, you will receive a Canada Post returns label to send your item back to us. You will not be charged the $15 handling fee for returned damage items. We have to right to dispute any damaged claim. If you have any further questions, email us.

Free Shipping on orders of $150+ in Canada & the United States.
Orders are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post as soon as possible usually within 48 hours. Shipping, handling, and HST/GST/QST for your area apply. Most orders arrive within one week, but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, or shipping delays, please allow up to 3 weeks.
