Shipping Policy

Canada Shipping Rates

• Free shipping applies on Canadian orders of $150 or more, except in select remote regions
• Orders ship via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS with tracking
• Typically ship same day during regular business hours orders placed on Sunday and Monday will ship on Tuesday.
  
• Estimated delivery: most within 1 week, remote areas up to 3 weeks
• Orders not shipped on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays
• During promotions, free shipping may be paused

United States Shipping

In-Store Pickup (Shawville)

• Available at checkout
• Notification by email or text when ready
• Typically ready same day during regular business hours. Orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be able to be picked up on Tuesday.
  
• Pickup during regular store hours only
• Pickups are not available during holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Jolie Folie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• Carrier insurance maximum is $100; any amount above is the customer’s responsibility
• Customers must contact the carrier to file claims; all claims are at the carrier’s discretion

International Taxes & Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes
• Customers are responsible for all fees upon delivery
• Free shipping promotions do not cover duties or customs

Returns & Exchanges

Online Orders

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.

In-Store Purchases

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
• Original receipt required.

Local Pickup Orders

• Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving your second pickup notification.
• Your 14-day return window begins on the day you pick up your order.
• If not picked up within 5 business days, the return window starts automatically on the 5th business day.

Return Conditions

All items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With original tags attached
• Free of scent (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense. Jolie Folie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards.

Final Sale Items

Non-refundable & non-exchangeable:

• Items discounted 30% or more, clearance, Vault items
• Sale items marked as final sale
• Intimates (underwear, bralettes, bodysuits), swimwear
• Sunglasses and jewelry
• Skincare and body care
• Free promotional gifts
• Items sold as damaged (clearly marked)

Exceptions – Online Only:

• One-time size exchange may be allowed for final sale apparel (subject to availability and approval)
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion
• Store credit has no expiry and is non-refundable

Gift Items:

• Final sale gifts may be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion

Loyalty Points & Returns

Purchases made using Jolie Folie Reward Points:

• Online: Eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit
• In-store: Eligible for exchanges or store credit only

• Loyalty points used on refunded orders are reissued automatically

Price Adjustments

• We do not offer price adjustments for sale events, discount codes, loyalty points, or price changes after purchase

How to Start a Return

1. Log into your account using the email used at checkout
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the order and click Request Return
4. Follow the prompts and submit your request
5. Once approved, you’ll receive next steps by email

Do not ship items back without approval; unapproved returns may be refused.
If you cannot initiate a return online, email info@joliefolie.ca with your name, order number, and item details.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Refunds using a prepaid return label: $15 shipping & handling fee deducted ($20 for NL, NWT, Yukon and Nunavut)
• If choosing store credit, the handling fee is waived
• Exchanges available for items of equal or lesser value. Price differences must be paid if applicable
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return

Damaged Items

• Contact us at info@joliefolie.ca within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Once approved, a return label will be provided with no handling fee
• Jolie Folie reserves the right to review and dispute damage claims
