Pink Cement takes your everyday hoodie and gives it a more elevated feel. Made from an incredibly soft bamboo blend, it has a sleek, feminine fit with a cozy neckline, longer length and signature rose gold details.
The fabric is buttery soft, lightweight and incredibly stretchy, making this an ideal layering piece without the bulk of a traditional hoodie. Wear it over a tank or tee with leggings or denim, then easily layer a vest or jacket over top.
FIT & FEEL
Fit: Fitted through the body with plenty of stretch. Take your usual size for the intended fitted silhouette, or size up if you prefer a little more room.
Length: Long, full-coverage fit that falls past the bum. The sleeves are intentionally long and feature thumb holes, designed to sit comfortably under a jacket.
Feel: Buttery soft, lightweight and very stretchy with a smooth, premium feel. This isn't a thick or bulky sweatshirt — it's designed to be an easy, comfortable layering piece.

CARE NOTE
Due to the high bamboo rayon content, we recommend hanging this hoodie to dry. Some shrinkage in the width may occur after the first wash; Pink Cement has accounted for this in the sizing. Keep this in mind if you're considering sizing down.

Returns & Exchanges
Online Orders
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
In-Store Purchases
- Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
- Original receipt required.
Local Pickup Orders
- Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving your second pickup notification.
- Your 14-day return window begins on the day you pick up your order.
- If not picked up within 5 business days, the return window starts automatically on the 5th business day.
Return Conditions
All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags attached
- Free of scent (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense. Jolie Folie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards.
Final Sale Items
Non-refundable & non-exchangeable:

- Store credit has no expiry and is non-refundable

How to Start a Return
- Log into your account using the email used at checkout
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order and click Request Return
- Follow the prompts and submit your request
- Once approved, you’ll receive next steps by email
Do not ship items back without approval; unapproved returns may be refused.
If you cannot initiate a return online, email info@joliefolie.ca with your name, order number, and item details.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Refunds using a prepaid return label: $15 shipping & handling fee deducted ($20 for NL, NWT, Yukon and Nunavut)
- If choosing store credit, the handling fee is waived
- Exchanges available for items of equal or lesser value. Price differences must be paid if applicable
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return
Damaged Items
- Contact us at info@joliefolie.ca within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
- Once approved, a return label will be provided with no handling fee
- Jolie Folie reserves the right to review and dispute damage claims
