Free Shipping with purchase of $150 in Canada and the US. Shipping, handling, and HST/GST/QST for your area apply. All items are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post, as soon as we can get it out. Most orders will arrive within one week but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, etc please allow up to 3 weeks. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Mondays or holidays.

Regular price items exchanges and refunds are eligible within 14 days following the date the order was placed.

Returned items must not be worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging with all the labels and tags still attached. You are responsible for the shipment of the returned goods. Make sure to wrap and seal carefully the package. Jolie Folie cannot be held responsible for returned goods not received or damaged during shipment.

In the case of a refund, it will be done directly on the credit card used for the online purchase only when the item will be in our possession and after the usual verification. Handling and shipping fees are not refundable.
