At Jolie Folie, we occasionally offer select styles as pre-sale (pre-order) items. This allows you to secure your size before inventory arrives in-store.

What Is a Pre-Sale Item?

A pre-sale item is a product that is not yet in stock but is available for purchase in advance of its arrival.

Estimated arrival dates will be listed on the product page. All timelines are provided by our vendors and are subject to change.

When Will My Order Ship?

Pre-sale items will ship as soon as they arrive to us.

If no delays occur, orders will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page. If a vendor shipment is delayed, shipping timing may adjust accordingly. We will communicate any significant changes.

Orders Containing Both Pre-Sale and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items:

• Your full order will ship together once the pre-sale item arrives.

• We are unable to split shipments after checkout due to shipping costs.

If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellations

If you placed a pre-sale order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
