Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.

We ship using trusted carriers like Canada Post and Purolator and other reputable couriers, depending on your location and order size.

Most orders do not require a signature. If no one is home, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location or provide delivery instructions. Jolie Folie is not responsible for packages once it leaves our store.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our end.

A split shipment means items from the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location.

Expédition

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If it hasn’t shipped yet, it’s being packed and will be on its way soon.

Your order number and tracking link are in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order history.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can follow our return policy once you receive it.

If something seems missing, please reach out to us right away. Items may ship separately. We’ll make it right if there’s an issue.

Retour

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for online orders, or within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases.

$15 will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

If an item from your order becomes unavailable, a partial refund of your order may be issued. This does not mean your entire order was canceled or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit card may take additional time to post the refund.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, or damage

Yes — all sale items 30% off or more, jewelry, accessories, intimates, bodysuits, hats, and seasonal items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
