Most orders will arrive within one week but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, etc please allow up to 3 weeks. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Mondays or holidays. Regular price items exchanges and refunds are eligible within 21 days following the date the order was placed.
Returned items must not be worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging with all the labels and tags still attached. You are responsible for the shipment of the returned goods. Make sure to wrap and seal carefully the package. Jolie Folie cannot be held responsible for returned goods not received or damaged during shipment.
For an exchange, please state the name, the colour and the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the one you return. If the new item is discontinued, we will inform you by email. The exchange can be applied only on an item of equal or lower value than the requested article. In case of a price difference, the balance will be refunded through your account.
In the case of a refund, it will be done directly on the credit card used for the online purchase only when the item will be in our possession and after the usual verification. Handling and shipping fees are not refundable.
